Sešego Cares has invested in various initiatives geared at assisting old age homes, hospices and retired homes. Friends of Sesego Cares have initiated projects such as donating blankets during the winter; groceries and other ingredients for the residents to bake; members have donated their time knitting items, wools and threads for the residents to pass time with knitting. Sešego Cares members donated toiletry bags to various homes in and around Southern Africa.
Through the wheelchair project Sešego Cares have donated wheelchairs and walking sticks to numerous individuals throughout Southern Africa.
Resthaven - Sešego Cares donated 200 blankets to an Old Age Home, in Yeoville.
